Mobile Notary Cancellation Policy

Please contact Trios Notary Services at your earliest opportunity if you are unable to meet or need to reschedule your appointment time.

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee when the appointment is cancelled less than two (2) hours before the confirmed appointment.

Online Notary Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time. There is no penalty of additional charges for rescheduled appointments. Canceled and not rescheduled appointments there is a 25% cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a 25% reschedule fee. Appointments canceled and not rescheduled there is a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the rights to decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, under the influence, or does not have the proper Identification. The full appointment fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed for this reason.
