Notary Fees

Fees are mandated by the North Carolina Secretary of State.

      • The fee for a traditional notarial act is $10.00 per notarized signature. 
      • The fee for E-notary is $15.00 per notarized signature.
      • The fee for EVN (video notary) is $25.00 per notarized signature.
      • Some services like Mortgage Signings and Apostille Services are negotiated separately.
