Embroidery (Coming Soon)

A decorative art form using fabric, needles, and thread designed to add texture and embellishment.

Advantages:

  • Flat, and puff embroidery or patches. Variety makes embroidery a flexible option as different embroidery styles accomodate different fabric.
  • Embroidery designs use sturdy polyester threads. These threads withstand bleaching, commercial laundry, and the frequent rubbings of industrial environments.
  • Embroidery designs give garments a professional look. It gives a look of experience and quality.

Vinyl Application

Vinyl printing involves the use of large, wide-format inkjet printing machines to reproduce images on huge rolls of coated plastic. it is applied to by using pressurized heat.

Advantages:

  • Vinyl printing uses durable waterproof, scratch-resistant inks. Vinyl materials are capable of enduring everything from heat and sunshine to cold and wet weather.
  • Perfect for banners, signs and wraps.
  • Every vinyl product looks professional, colorful, and high quality. Photo-quality images are printed with ease.

Sublimation

Uses heat and ink to transfer a design into a material or fabric permanently. It allows whole garment prints – designs that go seam-to-seam.

Advantages:

  • Permanent full color image that won’t crack, peel or wash away and less prone to fading.
  • This method is also available on ceramic, wood and metals that have special coating to receive the sublimation inks.
  • Works well with photography prints

**NOTE: Sublimation printing is only suitable for garments that include polyester (100% polyester or polyester blend). It is possible on other materials such as cotton but the image will not be permanent as it is on “man made” fabric and is not recommended.

Engraving (Coming Soon)

The art or technique of carving designs into a surface.  We use both laser and rotary engraving.

Advantages:

  • Laser engraving is non-contact method creates crisp, clean permanent mark and for most applications it’s extremely fast. Excellent for graphics and photographs.
  • Rotary engraving can be used on all kinds of metals both coated and non-coated. Capable of making deep cuts into many materials from plastic to stainless steel.
